ASMC Conference Code of Conduct
Purpose
The Apple Specialist Marketing Corporation (ASMC) is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and professional environment at all ASMC events. This Code of Conduct applies to all conference participants, including members, attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, vendors, sponsors, and staff.
Expected Behavior
All participants are expected to:
• Act professionally and responsibly at all times.
• Treat all individuals with respect, regardless of race, gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, nationality, ethnicity, religion, or military/civilian status.
• Engage in open and constructive dialogue, valuing diverse perspectives.
• Comply with all applicable laws, ASMC policies, and instructions from event organizers.
• Respect the boundaries of others, both physical and personal.
• Adhere to event guidelines regarding presentations, exhibits, and promotional materials.
Unacceptable Behavior
Examples of behavior that will not be tolerated include:
• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
• Unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.
• Disruptive behavior during sessions or networking events.
• Inappropriate use of images, video, or recordings.
• Use of hate speech, slurs, or offensive jokes.
• Unauthorized solicitation or aggressive sales tactics.
Vendor/Exhibitor Expectations
Vendors and exhibitors must:
• Conduct business ethically and professionally.
• Represent products and services honestly.
• Avoid any activity that could be perceived as a conflict of interest or exploitation of ASMC participants.
• Follow all conference rules, including setup/teardown guidelines, booth behavior, and promotional conduct.
Reporting a Concern
If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code of Conduct:
• Report it immediately to an ASMC Board member or conference security.

All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality. ASMC will not tolerate retaliation against individuals who report violations in good faith.
Consequences of Violation
Anyone found to have violated this Code of Conduct may be subject to:
• A verbal or written warning.
• Removal from the event without refund.
• Banning from future ASMC events.
• Notification to the individual’s employer or relevant authorities, if necessary.
